We are looking for a strong nursing leader to guide and grow our Practical Nursing programs across Connecticut. In this role, you will work directly with executive leadership, support nursing faculty, improve student outcomes, and help expand one of the region's most important healthcare education programs.

Required:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active, unrestricted Connecticut RN license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN
- Minimum 3 years of nursing education leadership or management experience
- Previous nursing teaching experience

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Lead and support Practical Nursing programs across multiple campuses
- Develop and mentor nursing faculty and program leaders
- Oversee curriculum quality and continuous improvement efforts
