We are looking for a strong nursing leader to guide and grow our Practical Nursing programs across Connecticut. In this role, you will work directly with executive leadership, support nursing faculty, improve student outcomes, and help expand one of the region's most important healthcare education programs.

Full-time leadership position
Stable Monday-Friday schedule
Work-Life Balance: No nights, no weekends, predictable 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
Opportunity to work from either the Hamden or Waterbury campus
Growth & Leadership: Report directly to the President & CEO, lead nursing programs across multiple campuses, influence program growth, curriculum, faculty development, and student success, play a key role in future expansion initiatives
Meaningful Impact: Help prepare future nurses for successful careers, support faculty development and mentorship, improve student outcomes and NCLEX-PN success rates, build partnerships with healthcare organizations throughout Connecticut

Required:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Active, unrestricted Connecticut RN license
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN
Minimum 3 years of nursing education leadership or management experience
Previous nursing teaching experience
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and team development abilities
Curriculum development and program management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze student outcomes and performance data
Strong organizational and project management skills
What You'll Do:
Lead and support Practical Nursing programs across multiple campuses
Develop and mentor nursing faculty and program leaders
Oversee curriculum quality and continuous improvement efforts

Salary: $130,500 - $160,000 per year
