Director of Nursing – The Middletown Home
The Middletown Home, a campus of Wellness, Rehabilitation, and Life-Long Learning, is seeking a Director of Nursing for Spring 2026.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement resident-centered care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services for residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A current RN license in the state of employment.
- At least 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for improving the quality of life for residents and staff.
