Director of Nursing Services (RN)

Join Our Growing Team in Utah County! Avista Senior Living is expanding our footprint throughout the Utah County area, and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to help lead this exciting growth.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing operations
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to build a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness
• Develop and implement care plans in partnership with residents, families, and physicians
• Monitor quality indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team on operational goals
• Manage nursing department budget, staffing, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in senior living, skilled nursing, or assisted living
• Experience with Point Click Care
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and survey processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A passion for senior care and building strong teams
