In this role, you’ll oversee all clinical operations for the branch — ensuring quality care, compliance, strong documentation, and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations, patient care, and case management activities.
• Supervise clinical staff and manage day-to‑day office, clinical, and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor workloads, delegate responsibilities, and support quality patient outcomes.
• Lead branch performance with a focus on quality care, growth, documentation, and financial success.
• Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Active RN license in applicable state.
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• At least 1 year of Home Health nursing experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
