Director of Nursing Practice

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Nursing Practice to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee nursing practice standards and help shape a more consistent, evidence-based approach across clinical operations. The role is focused on reducing variation, strengthening safety and quality outcomes, and supporting a culture of accountability and excellence. It also partners closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve workflow clarity, readiness, and overall care delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,942 – $183,447 annually Responsibilities Direct workflow standardization to eliminate inefficiencies and waste. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance job clarity and recruitment. Drive accountability and continuous improvement using data metrics. Reduce clinical harm and variation by implementing standardized interventions. Strengthen regulatory readiness and promote a culture of safety and excellence. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license prior to hire or transfer required. BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire or transfer required. Master's degree in nursing required. Doctorate preferred. Clinical Nurse Specialist certification and experience with evidence-based nursing practice preferred. Benefits Remote work with occasional travel. Full-time daytime hours.
