Responsibilities

• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing clinical leaders and nursing teams.
• Partner with operations to drive market growth, improve performance, and support strategic expansion.
• Lead clinical excellence while ensuring quality, compliance, and outstanding patient outcomes.
• Build engaged teams through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.
• Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement initiatives that strengthen our business and elevate the patient experience.

Requirements

• RN License
• 5+ years of home care leadership experience
• Strong operational and clinical leadership skills
• Experience leading teams through growth and change
• Passion for mentoring future leaders
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HCBS/PCS, and regulatory compliance

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000
