About the role

We're looking for an experienced RN leader to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC. You'll be the heartbeat of your center, leading and supporting a dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff, championing quality care for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical life of your facility
  • Supervise staff (RNs, LPNs, SRNAs, care support)
  • Coordinate care plans
  • Advocate for families
  • Ensure every child receives individualized attention
  • Work within a multidisciplinary model to coordinate with physicians, therapists, specialists, and community resources
  • Lead clinical excellence
  • Create an environment where everyone - staff and kids alike - feels seen, supported, and valued
  • Build long-term relationships with families
  • Support each child's growth and development
  • Lead a two-person leadership team
  • Oversee nursing care, clinical quality, compliance, and staff development
  • Oversee operations, staffing, family experience, transportation, and center performance
  • Partner with the Center Administrator to ensure exceptional care, outstanding experiences for families, and a positive environment for staff

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of your designated facility (NLC accepted where applicable)
  • BSN preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 6 months in a PICU, NICU, or PPEC setting
  • Strong leadership presence with a warm, collaborative approach
  • Current BLS/CPR certification and TB test
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office

Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends, no major holidays
