Position Summary

This role involves providing high-quality, timely, and compassionate care to all patients. • Promote excellence in patient care by setting a high standard for clinical practices.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring positive outcomes.
• Manage departmental budget efficiently, maintaining cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the administrative team.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.

Physical Demands:

• Absorbent clothing required.
• Regular exposure to body fluids, infectious diseases, and patient emergencies.
• Work with patients in various circumstances, including critical and crisis situations.
• Handle unpredictable scenarios requiring sound judgment, which may impact patient safety.
• Occasionally exposed to difficult environmental conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• CA RN License – Must be current.
• CPR Certification – Required.
• Experience – Minimum 5 years as an RN, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role at the manager or director level.
