Director of Nursing (DON)(RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Nursing Services Department
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Manage department budgets including staffing, equipment, and supplies
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Respond efficiently in urgent and emergency situations

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing leadership experience
• Minimum of 1-2+ years experience in the Skilled nursing setting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Director of Nursing in the Skilled Nursing Setting
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative, restorative, and long-term care practices
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills

Pay

Starting at $140,000+/yr (DOE)
