Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical operations of one of our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality pediatric nursing care while maintaining compliance with all Florida PPEC regulations and organizational standards. The Director of Nursing serves as the clinical leader for the center, overseeing nursing services, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and family-centered care. This position is ideal for an experienced pediatric nurse leader who is passionate about supporting medically fragile children and helping clinical teams thrive.
