Director of Nursing (DON)

About the role

Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove Care Center is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a Long Term Care setting.
• Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Degree in nursing; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.
