Treatment and Care

Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.

Nursing Operations

Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care services.

Team Collaboration

Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.

Confidentiality and Compliance

• Maintain confidentiality of resident medical records and nursing documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

Staff Development

Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff members.

Policies and Procedures

Implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Care Planning and Risk Management

• Auxiliary in care planning, risk management, and performance improvement programs.
• Conduct daily rounds to support nursing staff and resident care operations.

Quality Assurance

• Auxiliary in corrective action plans and ongoing quality assurance measures.

Additional Duties

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous nursing leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable and professional team player with reliable attendance.
• Passionate about providing compassionate, hometown care.
