About the role
Fairport Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Nursing Department and ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. The DON plans, organizes, develops, and directs nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Nursing Department in collaboration with Nurse Managers, MDS Coordinators, Clinical Specialists, and Scheduling.
- Oversee nursing policies, procedures, clinical standards, and regulatory compliance.
