We are looking for a strong, hands-on clinical leader with proven skilled nursing experience who can drive quality outcomes, support staff development, and maintain high standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (DON): Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff.Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.Drive improvements in clinical outcomes, quality measures, and survey readiness.Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams.Manage staffing, clinical performance, and nursing department operations.Foster accountability, teamwork, and a resident-centered culture. Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON): Active New Jersey RN license required.Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a skilled nursing facility required.Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.Proven ability to lead nursing teams and improve clinical performance.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management approach.
