About the role
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family. The position is for a licensed Director of Nursing who is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high‑performing team and culture. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility.

Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN license
- Valid CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
- Knowledge of long‑term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation, and state regulations
