Director of Nursing (DON)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated nursing team in our vibrant skilled nursing and post-acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all nursing operations and staff.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
