About the role
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee the clinical operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure they meet the needs of residents
- Cookordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided to residents
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to residents
Pay
$100,000 to $115,000!
