Role Overview As Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership for our entire home health program — supervising nursing staff, ensuring CMS compliance, leading QAPI, and shaping clinical strategy. You report directly to the CEO and partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and leadership to RNs, LVNs, HHAs, and therapy staff (40+ clinicians)Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, CA Title 22, and Joint Commission standardsLead the QAPI program: chart audits, performance improvement, Star Ratings, HHCAHPSDevelop and update clinical policies, procedures, and competenciesManage clinical hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and progressive disciplineRepresent the agency in state surveys, accreditation reviews, and payer audits Qualifications Current CA RN license + BSN required; MSN strongly preferred5+ years home health nursing including 2+ years in managementFamiliarity with OASIS, CMS regulations, Joint Commission, and CA DPH home health rulesStrong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsCOS-C, CHPN, or CPHQ certification a plus What We Offer Competitive salary ($115,000–$155,000) with leadership bonus potentialExecutive-team membership, direct CEO reportingComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matchingProfessional development budget for AHHCA, NAHC conferencesMission-driven team; meaningful executive impact How To Apply Submit your application through the form on this page.
