Director of Nursing - Deupree House/Cottages

The position also includes responsibilities related to the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion, Deupree Meals On Wheels, Swipe 'N' Dine, Living Well Senior Solutions, and the ERS Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents in various living options.
• Manage daily operations of the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion.
• Oversee Deupree Meals On Wheels and Swipe 'N' Dine services.
• Coordinate with Living Well Senior Solutions for additional support services.
• Support fundraising efforts through the ERS Foundation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare or social services preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of aging-related issues and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
