About the role
Progressive Care Center, a 48-bed skilled short-term nursing rehab facility committed to top-notch resident-centered care in a therapeutic environment conducive to a high quality of life, is seeking a Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Overall nursing services administration
- Assisting and supervising the Assistant Director of Nursing, RN Unit Managers, all other executive nurses and floor staff
- Occasional on-call duty
- Corrective actions
- Survey preparedness
- Education of floor staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Reporting directly to the administrator of the facility
Qualifications
- Must be an RN
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Support and assistance provided by our Director of Senior Care.
