We're seeking a Registered Nurse leader to serve as Director of Nursing with purpose and a clear vision to cultivate our culture of excellence. This position demands hands-on leadership where you'll work directly alongside our team rather than managing from behind a desk. Qualifications
- A BSN is preferred from an accredited nursing institute
- Must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia
- Must have previous administrative and management skills in LTC
- Ability to effectively manage a nursing staff, maintain positive employee relations, and act as a liaison between the administrator and the nursing staff
