About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated nursing team in our vibrant skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of nursing services, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
