Job Summary
The Director of Nursing (DON) position at Vantage at Lowell leads clinical operations, coordinates resident care, and ensures quality outcomes. DONs provide hands-on leadership, policy oversight, and staff supervision in a skilled nursing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cook up resident care with hands-on leadership
- Develop and update nursing policies and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls
Compensation & Schedule
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $125k-$135k
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- 5+ years long-term care experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
