About the role
The Director of Nursing at Arbor Terrace Willistown is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all resident care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines at all times. The role involves tailoring care to fit each resident and reflecting approaches best for those we serve. Key areas of focus include care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, and staff management. This role directly supervises, motivates, and encourages all resident care staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of all resident care
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines
- Tailor care to fit each resident
- Manage care staff
- Lead by example with unwavering customer service demonstrated by healthy and thriving resident and family relationships
Requirements
- A compassionate and caring style with a professional nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
- Three years of management experience preferred
- Experience caring for residents with dementia preferred
- Experience working in an assisted living/personal care setting strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
