Director of Nursing
About the role
The Director of Nursing at Opus East Memphis is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all resident care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines at all times. The role focuses on care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, and staff management. This position directly supervises, motivates, and encourages all resident care staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of all resident care
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines
- Tailor care delivery to fit each resident and reflect approaches best for those we serve
- Focus on care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, and staff management
- Directly supervise, motivate, and encourage all resident care staff
- Lead by example with unwavering customer service demonstrated by healthy and thriving resident and family relationships
Requirements
- A compassionate and caring style with a professional nursing license in good standing in the state of TN
- Three years of management experience preferred
- Experience caring for residents with dementia preferred
- Experience working in an assisted living/personal care setting strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of TN

Pay
$60,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
