Director of Nursing
Position Summary
This position is responsible to assist Clearview’s Executive Director/Administrator in the overall administrative oversight, visioning, leadership, planning, coordinating, and management of the nursing services. Departmental supervision is exercised over all personnel within the division. This position provides daily oversight over the service programs, training, and supervision in addition to assisting the Administrator in the development and administration of programs and budgets.
Salary Information
Full-time, exempt position with benefits. Starting wage is $52.48/hour.

Job Details
Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm. Must successfully pass caregiver and criminal background check.
Physical and Work Environment
- This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 25 pounds of force; work regularly requires sitting, frequently requires standing, speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel and repetitive motions
- Occasionally requires walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling and reaching with hands and arms
- Work frequently requires exposure to bloodborne pathogens and may be required to wear specialized personal protective equipment
- May work in any area of the facility. May be subject to exposure to infectious wastes, diseases, and medical conditions
- Work is primarily in a health care setting where specialized resident programs are implemented
- Work environment includes exposure to infectious agents, chemical agents, and resident behaviors
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in nursing and with five (5) years nursing experience working with the elderly or disabled population groups or an Associate’s Degree in nursing with ten (10) years nursing experience working with the elderly or disabled population groups
- Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Wisconsin
- Three years supervisory experience. Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
