Director of Nursing
About the Role
The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) is seeking a dedicated and leadership-focused Director of Nursing to join our team. In this critical role, you will guide and support our exceptional nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of life-changing care to consumers experiencing a mental health and/or substance use crisis. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of care while fostering a supportive and dynamic environment for both RNs and LPNs.
This position will provide leadership, supervision, and flexibility in floor coverage (including shift and weekend hours) to our facility staff. The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center is a fast-paced, acute crisis care facility located in OKC. It provides 24/7 psychiatric and substance abuse care for individuals in crisis. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma RN license or RN License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Four years of professional nursing experience, including two years in a supervisory role, plus an additional year in a managerial or consultative capacity. OR
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with three years of professional nursing experience, including two years in a supervisory role, plus an additional year in a managerial or consultative capacity. OR
- Master's degree with two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory role, plus an additional year in a managerial or consultative capacity

Schedule
This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
Pay
$85,000.00
