Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
- Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient care outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Lead infection control, safety, and risk management programs
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience (long-term care, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prominent ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions
