Director of Nursing for a Skilled Nursing Facility, day shift.
Requirements
- Eligibility for a New York State license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse; possession of the license at the time of appointment.
- One of the following:
- Master’s degree in nursing or administration from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university, plus five years of professional nursing experience in acute care, including three years in a supervisory position; or
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or administration from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university, plus six years of professional nursing experience in acute care, including three years in a supervisory position; or
- An equivalent combination of training and experience as described above.
- Must pass a competitive Civil Service Examination and be reachable for appointment on the resulting Civil Service List.
Pay
Salary not to exceed $130,000.
