About the role
We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Avantara Arrowhead. Responsibilities
- Planner, developer, and operator of the Nursing Department ensuring guests receive quality care 24 hours a day.
- Ensuring the nursing department adheres to Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department to provide an unparalleled standard of care.
- Setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
Requirements
- An unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse license.
- CPR Certification.
- At least two years of RN experience.
- Prior experience managing a nursing department is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
