We are currently searching for a Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Set and attain Nursing Department goals
- Inspire your clinical team
- Creative problem solving
- Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- 5 years of R.N. experience
- Previous experience managing a department
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Director of Nursing experience
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
