Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Oversee nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Evaluate and improve nursing practices to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as RN in this state.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred.
- At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
