Director of Nursing

About the role

Kadima at Campbelltown is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing resident-centered care in a family-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing operations including staff management, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in nursing practice.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Director of Nursing position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend coverage as needed.
