What You'll Do As Director of Nursing, you will: Lead and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care.Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to the nursing team.Foster a compassionate culture focused on resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.Monitor nursing practices and ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and applicable healthcare standards. What We're Looking For Current Illinois RN license in good standing.Minimum of 1 year of nursing supervisory or management experience; long-term care experience required.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.Understanding of quality assurance and performance improvement processes.
