Director of Nursing, Home Health | Full-Time | Confidential Client A growing home health agency is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team. You'd own patient care quality, compliance and the growth of a team of field clinicians. This is a leadership role with real influence over how the agency runs and grows. What You'll Do Lead, hire, train and develop RNs, LVNs/LPNs and other field cliniciansOversee clinical operations, case management and quality of careEnsure compliance with Medicare, state and accreditation standards (CMS CoPs, OASIS, survey readiness)Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation and QAPI initiativesPartner with the Administrator on staffing, census growth and referral relationshipsServe as the clinical point of contact for physicians, patients and families What We're Looking For Active RN license in good standing (BSN preferred)3+ years of home health experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (DON, Clinical Manager or ADON)Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, OASIS and survey processesA proven ability to recruit, retain and motivate clinical staffExcellent communication and organizational skills What's Offered Competitive salary plus bonus potentialFull benefits packagePTO and a supportive leadership teamThe chance to make a real impact at an agency that values its clinicians Interested or know someone who'd be a great fit?
