About the role
Givens Aldersgate is seeking a Director of Nursing to manage the 24/7 nursing functions for Asbury Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and discharge employees in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Supervise all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care.
- Direct care of residents who require minimal to skilled nursing care.
- Develop, design, and coordinate the implementation of corporate quality assurance processes.
- Develops, implements, and receives approval for budgets.
- Communicate resident needs and services to families, other departments, and external representatives.
- Generate reports as directed by the Director of Health Services in support of daily operations.
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- 3-5 years of experience as an RN
- 3+ Years of management experience
Compensation
$110,000 - $115,000 per year.
