Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and clinical oversight to nursing staff across residential and outpatient programs
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with OASAS, OMH, CARF, and organizational standards
- Partnering with executive leadership on nursing operations, policies, staffing, onboarding, and regulatory readiness
- Monitoring documentation, operational metrics, and nursing practices to promote evidence-based care
- Supporting nursing coverage, scheduling, and staff development across multiple locations in Queens and Long Island
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- Five or more years of nursing leadership or management experience
- Substance use, chemical dependency, or behavioral health experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems
Compensation
$125,000 to $155,000 annually
