About the role
The Tekakwitha Living Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department and ensure high-quality care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Directs the licensed and non-licensed staff providing health care and nursing services to residents.
- Ensures the provision of quality nursing care on a 24-hour basis in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards and regulations.
- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the nursing department to facilitate the highest level of functioning and independence for each resident.
Requirements
- Organized, compassionate, ethical, moral, and hard-working personality.
- Experience leading a group of individuals is beneficial.
