About the role
The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring patient care standards are met and exceeded. This includes managing a team of nurses, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities

- Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support.

- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare.
- Current RN license.
- Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance.
