Axiom Gardens of Flora, a premier healthcare provider in Effingham, Illinois, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing nursing strategies, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing strategies to achieve facility goals and objectives
• Provide leadership and direction to the Nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and services
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Nursing team
• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and safety programs

Requirements

• Current RN license
