Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF as a Director of Nursing
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Passion for staff development and clinical excellence
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
