Join our team at Aster Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where we provide top-quality care and compassion to our residents. We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Cook up and implement patient care plans and ensure the highest standards of care.
• Carefully coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• A valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• A strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• A proficient understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
