Responsibilities

  • Champion Clinical & Operational Excellence: Orchestrate workflows and resource allocation across your assigned nursing division to foster an environment where both staff and patient care thrive.
  • Shape Strategic Departmental Goals: Design and execute visionary benchmarks that align with the highest medical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards in modern healthcare.
  • Elevate Patient & Clinical Outcomes: Oversee the full spectrum of clinical activities—including assessments, care plan development, and feedback management—to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Cultivate World-Class Talent: Lead the charge on strategic mentorship and continuous education initiatives to build a high-performing, inspired nursing team.
  • Drive Fiscal & Regulatory Integrity: Strategically manage departmental budgets to optimize resources while spearheading internal and external audits to consistently surpass compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
