Director of Neurology
Job Summary
The Director of Neurology will lead Neurology services across inpatient and outpatient settings, providing clinical, operational, and strategic leadership. Responsibilities include advancing clinical excellence, building subspecialty programs, ensuring patient access, and maintaining stroke center certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for Neurology services
- Integrate clinical care, academic teaching, and program development across the health system
- Advance clinical excellence and build subspecialty programs
- Ensure patient access and maintain stroke center certification
- Drive innovation and foster multidisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- MD or DO Board certification in Neurology
- Fellowship training in Stroke, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders or related subspecialty is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Neurosciences
- Existing or Eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of 400K – 450K
