Pay
Salary Estimate: $123,448.00 - $185,182.40 per year. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the overall nursing and administrative leadership of the Hospital’s 72-bed NICU and directly responsible for its day-to-day clinical and continuum of care, quality, and operations. You will hold the neonatal line accountable for standards of patient care and performance and implement HCA’s neonatal and perinatal measures in close partnership with the Medical Director of the NICU.
You will directly manage and supervise the NICU, driving HCA’s perinatal and neonatal measures and initiatives at Sunrise Children’s Hospital. You will participate in strategic planning for service line growth with the COO and Director of Physician Services for Women and Children’s Services.
Requirements
- Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required. BSN required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
- Five years of recent leadership experience in NICUs required; three years of experience in maternal services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and/or lead large, diverse, multidisciplinary teams; history of successful change implementation, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to interact productively with all levels of personnel and staff.
