About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and providing technical support to faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the university’s network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to faculty and students
• Implement and update security protocols
• Coordinate with vendors and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in network administration and management
• Experience with server management and cloud computing
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Skills

• Technical proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with network monitoring tools
