About the role

The Isaacson Foundation, doing business as Empower Ministry, seeks to help every Christian leader succeed by developing a team of quality people to equip them to live out their God-given potential to advance the Kingdom, free-of-charge forever. This role is part of a five-year strategic plan focused on helping visionary lead pastors build teams to operationalize their vision with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management Development: Analyze existing leadership and management resources, outline objectives, and develop processes to equip ministry leaders with the best information, tools, and resources.

  • Learning & Training Management: Assess and develop learning and training resources, lead instructional design, and oversee the LMS.

  • Content Library Management: Ensure the content library is best-in-class, assess gaps, and develop original resources for intuitive access through AI search capabilities.

  • Consultation & Support: Serve as advisor on ministry processes, EML Network, Resource Center, Priority Impact Partnerships, GPO Management, and continuing education.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of ministry experience with 5+ years in an Executive Pastor position.

  • Experience in resource management, instructional design, training, or learning and development.

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital asset management systems, intranets, and e-learning development tools.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, instructional design, leadership development, nonprofit management, or a related field.

  • Willingness to cast vision, execute from macro to micro, and roll up their sleeves to do both strategic and hands-on work.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong sense of calling and purpose aligned with the foundation’s Christian mission, vision, purpose, core values, and beliefs.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexibility to accommodate travel approximately once per month.
