Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and assessment of potential acquisition opportunities presented to the company
• Support the full acquisition process from initial assessment through deal closing
• Drive the analysis of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support transaction decision-making
• Coordinate transaction activities with external investment bankers, accountants, and consultants
• Partner internally with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Operations

Requirements

• Extensive high-volume M&A experience with a proven track record of managing multiple deals simultaneously
• M&A experience specifically on the purchase/buy side
• Bachelor's degree required
