Qualifications
- LCSW/LPC, required; LCADA, preferred
- Knowledge of the NJ Children System of Care, Medicaid, and Private Insurance
- Minimum of 5 years similar experience
- Children’s System of Care, Biopsychosocial Certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Essential Functions
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all YMCA mental and behavioral health services
- Lead the growth and development of behavioral health services
- Drive operational excellence through the implementation and management of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Develop strategic partnerships and community engagement initiatives
- Lead and support organizational growth, including the launch of a new behavioral health service location
- Supervise behavioral health staff and contracted clinicians
- Lead program development and the delivery of direct clinical services as needed
